Global Expansion in Corporate & Financial Law

In 2025, DSLA expanded its wings globally under the leadership of Karan Dinesh Singh Rawat, Partner at the firm, with a strategic focus on cross-border advisory anchored through GIFT City (Gujarat).

This milestone marked DSLA’s formal entry into international Corporate and Financial Law advisory, strengthening cross-border capabilities in corporate structuring, financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and international commercial advisory.

Consequently, the expansion reflects DSLA’s evolution from a national litigation-focused institution into a globally engaged, multi-disciplinary legal practice.

Client-Centric Commitment

By 2024, DSLA had become widely recognized for its assignment-based case strategy, under which each matter is treated as a distinct professional engagement requiring focused attention and urgency.

To further strengthen client welfare, DSLA introduced 24×7 phone-based consultancy, enabling clients to access immediate legal support during critical and time-sensitive situations.

Within 11 years, DSLA established a multi-tier presence across India’s judicial architecture, including:

Transition to Legal Practice

Motivated by these findings, Mr. Rawat completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 2014 and formally founded Dinesh Singh Law Associates (DSLA).
From its inception, the firm was envisioned as a platform for accessible, affordable, and equitable justice, anchored in the belief that justice is not a privilege, but a natural right.

Inception and Research Foundations

In 2010, Dinesh Singh Rawat and his research team undertook a landmark study on India’s Justice Delivery System, examining its foundations in colonial English law and its continuing structural challenges.

This research proved decisive. It shaped Mr. Rawat’s resolve to enter legal practice with the objective of translating academic insight into meaningful, on-ground advocacy.
