With more than a decade of experience in litigation, arbitration, and advisory work, he has built Dinesh Singh Law Associates (DSLA) into a respected multi-forum law firm representing Indian and global clients before District Courts, Statutory Tribunals, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and international arbitration forums.

Research Journalism Foundations

Mr. Rawat began his professional career as a research journalist and policy analyst, focusing on the intersection of law, governance, public policy, and institutional performance.

In 2010, he led a landmark research initiative examining India’s Justice Delivery System and its colonial English legal foundations. This study analysed court procedures, access-to-justice barriers, pendency trends, and structural inefficiencies across judicial institutions. The findings profoundly shaped his worldview and became the intellectual foundation for his transition into legal practice.
